Don’s Fine Jewelry has been in business for almost 30 years! We originally opened in Mocksville, NC in 1979, and subsequently moved to Clemmons, NC in 1984. Prior to 1979, our founder, Don Pope, was Vice President for a large jeweler in Winston Salem, NC for almost 25 years.

Chris Pope-President: Chris is the son of Don Pope and a graduate of Gardner-Webb University with a degree in Business Administration. He has numerous GIA accreditations and has worked in the jewelry store since he was a “youngster”.

John Cortez-Vice President: John has almost 20 years experience in the retail jewelry business and also has numerous GIA accreditations.

Khon Khat: Khon is our master jeweler and goldsmith with 20 years of experience. He does excellent work in jewelry repairs, custom designs and fabrications.

Jean Pope: Jean is Chris’ mom and also has over 20 years experience in the retail jewelry business.

Pamela Hemmings: Pam has been with us for over 8 years and is experienced with all phases of the jewelry industry from the very simple to the complex designs that some customers desire to have.
